If you have a Community Service Worker (sometimes called a CSW) with Community Living disAbility Services, this is another great person to talk to about your situation and needs and if WinnServ might be a good fit for you.

If you have a Community Service Worker assigned to you (sometimes people call them a CSW) we encourage you to reach out to them. If not, you can find some information on the CLdS website here.

All referrals are managed through Community Living disAbility Services (CLdS).

In Residential Shift-Staff Homes, how quickly we can start to support you depends on a number of factors, such as the availability of a home that suits your physical needs with roommates that you want to live with, and the availability of funding.

In Supported Independent Living, factors such as the availability of staff and funding impact how quickly services can begin.

Timelines vary for each unique situation.

Our staff are disability support workers, they are not trained medical professionals. WinnServ works closely with nurses and other health care professionals whenever needed to ensure that the supports provided are appropriate.

In Residential Shift-Staffed Homes, typically all shelter, food and staffing costs are funded. There is no cost to you for the above listed items. A personal financial plan is developed for each person receiving services that outlines all expenses.

In Supported Independent Living, funding covers the cost of staffing supports. Privately paying WinnServ for staffing support is also a possibility in Supported Independent Living.
